Man arrested for PARAQUITA Bay stabbing, victim in critical condition

A man is now in a critical condition at the Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital following a stabbing incident last evening.
While a detailed report is yet to be released by the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force, many videos have surfaced showing the unfortunate ordeal.

Shortly before 10pm last night, an argument was sparked between two men in front of the “Bouncer Bar”, located in Paraquita Bay. In one of the videos, the victim appears to walking away but eventually turns around, seemingly in an effort to attack the perpetrator.

A fight ensued that resulted in the victim being stabbed several times before being rushed to the hospital.

Circumstances leading up to the argument and eventual stabbing are still sketchy at this point but police have said that the “condition of the injury is serious”.

According to law enforcement, the incident was reported at 9:47pm and once summoned to the scene an arrest was made at 11:50pm. Investigations are ongoing.
