Middle-aged man charged for having sex with minor

Information reaching BVI News is that a middle-aged man has been arrested and charged for having sexual intercourse with a minor.
Highly-placed sources told our news centre that the accused man is 50 years old.

BVI News understands the man was charged with one count of ‘sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 13’.

Details of the incident are not yet known to our news centre but BVI News understands that the incident in question happened some time this month.

Our news centre further understands that the accused is still in police custody.

It is not clear whether he’s been brought before the courts as yet.
