Motor scooter rider injured in accident with car @ Pasea Estate

A motor scooter rider has been injured in an accident with a car at the traffic lights at Pasea Estate just after 2:00pm today, Tuesday, December 8, 2020.

It is unclear what were the circumstances surrounding the mishap; however, the male motor scooter rider appeared to have been seriously hurt and is currently awaiting an ambulance to transport him to Dr D. Orlando Smith Hospital.

The motor scooter has been badly damaged.

Only yesterday, December 7, 2020, a pedestrian was struck by a motor scooter in Hannah's Estate, on the main island of Tortola.
