New App allows residents to report potholes, stray animals & broken pipes
The Government of the [British] Virgin Islands (VI) has rolled out a new App that allows residents to report minor non-emergency issues such as potholes, stray animals and broken pipes, among others.
The App, titled ‘BVIGovReportIt’ is now available for download from the App Store and Play Store on both Apple iOS and Android devices respectively.
It allows residents to take photos and file live, trackable reports of Public Service-related and non-emergency issues, through access to the government’s Customer Service Care Centre.
