Interim chair Richard Fuller will present review findings and modernization plans at the Birmingham conference. Furthermore, Fuller emphasized reconnecting with moderate voters and addressing dissatisfaction among traditional Tories.
The incoming Conservative leader is urged by interim chair Richard Fuller to focus on the party's traditional base rather than merely chasing voters who defected to Reform.

Fuller, the North Bedfordshire MP, will share findings from a loss review at the conference in Birmingham, as well as structural modernization plans.

Fuller emphasized the need to reconnect with moderate voters, especially those who have turned to the Liberal Democrats.

He criticized the party's recent focus on marginal voters and stressed the importance of broadening the Conservative base.

Fuller also highlighted the dissatisfaction among traditional Tories due to perceived disunity and governmental neglect over the past five years.

The conference will feature intense scrutiny of leadership candidates through main-stage discussions, fringe events, and member-participation debates on key issues like immigration and the economy.
