On October 12, officers executed a search on a premises at Palestina Estate where they uncovered three rounds of ammunition.
Subsequently, Roberts, 25, was charged with unlawful possession of ammunition in this matter.

Also, three days later on October 15, a search warrant was executed on a home in Baughers Bay and a loaded firearm with a magazine and seven rounds of ammunition were uncovered.

Police have stated that charges are pending in this matter.
