Police allegedly destroy marijuana farm on VG
Word reaching our news centre is that police on Virgin Gorda reportedly discovered a marijuana farm on the sister island and subsequently destroyed the illegal plants yesterday, February 1, 2021.
According to sources close to the investigation, some 90 marijuana plants measuring close to six feet were discovered on the farm located along Bath Road, close to Spring Bay.
Additionally, some 1000 seedlings were also found.
It is our information that police also seized some 510 grams of the dried herb, which were found on the farm.
No one has yet been arrested, according to our information.
