Police & wife among 3 reportedly rushed to hospital after car collision
Information coming into Virgin Islands News Online (VINO) is that a senior officer at the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) and his wife have been reportedly rushed to the Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital following a vehicular collision.
The two-vehicle collision occurred this afternoon in Paraquita Bay, Tortola, shortly after 4:00 pm and according to sources, a third person was also rushed to the Hospital
It remains unclear the cause of the accident, however, sources indicated that while the injuries of the married couple were serious, they are not considered critical.
The third individual also reportedly suffered minor injuries and both of the vehicles sustained major damages according to eyewitness reports.
