Ahead of the annual August Emancipation Festival in the Virgin Islands (VI), a 'Pre-Festival Calypso Review' is happening tonight, Saturday, July 23, 2022, at the Festival grounds in Road Town Tortola.

The event is scheduled to take place at Festival Grounds at 8:00 pm sharp and will cost $20 for entry

Featured artists at the event will include Tino, Queen Shereen, King Paido, Rocky, King Colosso, Queen Makisha and more entertainment.

Regional artists taking the stage will include Destra and the Bacchanal Band out of Trinidad & Tobago.

Efforts to reach Virgin Islands Festival & Affairs Committee Chairman Dirk L. Walters for information on what else persons can expect at tonight's event proved futile.

VINO understands that many booths will also be present at the venue including the popular booth number four ‘Heard in Silence.’

The event is scheduled to take place at Festival Grounds at 8:00 pm sharp and will cost $20 for entry.
