Property owners in the Virgin Islands are notified that property Taxes for the year 2019 are due and payable on September 1

The 2019 Property Tax Assessment List can be reviewed by the public at various public buildings and places across the Territory. Inspection can also be done at the Inland Revenue Departments on Tortola and Virgin Gorda.

Any property owner on Tortola, Anegada, Jost Van Dyke and other locations who is not in agreement with the tax assessed upon his/her property may object to the assessment before the Magistrate on Tuesday, September 3 at 10:00 a.m. at the Magistrate’s Court at John’s Hole.

Property owners on Virgin Gorda may object to their assessments before the Magistrate on Monday, September 2 at 10:00 a.m. at the Magistrate’s Court, The Valley, Virgin Gorda.
