Putin Critic Exiled Navalny Ally Attacked With Hammer In Lithuania
Leonid Volkov, a prominent figure associated with the now-deceased Russian dissident Alexei Navalny, was assaulted near his residence in Lithuania with a hammer.
Volkov, previously Navalny's chief of staff and chair of his Anti-Corruption Foundation, suffered from tear gas exposure and various wounds, such as a black eye and a bloody leg.
He is currently receiving emergency care at home. This incident follows Navalny's death in prison, an event Volkov attributes to President Putin.
