'Scoop' destroys 'Binky' in After Jouvert Race!
Many were wondering if the Binky vs Scoop After Jouvert Race would have come off after all the partying in the early morning hours of August 1, 2022; however, both of the big men showed up to the approximately 50m start line, much to the delight of a large crowd at Cool Spot on De Castro Street.
Both men, Omari Martin aka 'Binky' and Kyle J. Ricketts aka 'Scoop', had their supporters who converged in large numbers with cellphones and cameras in hand to catch the ‘big’ moment.
The race looked to be headed for a keenly contested affair, as both men enjoyed a good start and were matching strides for about 10 meters until Scoop found another gear that Binky had no answer for.
According to the organisers, there were prizes up for grabs in the race.
