Showers expected across VI today due to approaching tropical wave- DDM
There is a 50% percent of showers across the Virgin Islands today, August 5, 2021, due to an approaching tropical wave.
This is according to the Department of Disaster Management (DDM).
"A weak tropical wave is approaching the Eastern Caribbean. It will generate a moderate chance of cloudiness and showers across the Leeward Islands and British Virgin Islands today and tonight," DDM stated in its synopsis today.

Winds: East at 13 to 22 km/h or 7 to 14 mph.
