The head of the Republic of Dagestan exploded in anger during a video call with one of his commanders

The head of the Republic of Dagestan exploded in anger during a video call with one of his commanders after they were filmed trawling the streets and announcing through a megaphone that all young men should pack their things and jump onto the convoy to join the army.
He was angry because he claimed that he never gave such an order and announcing it in public is fake news.

While he was in the video call with his commander, he threw his phone after calling them fucking idiots.

He apologised to the people of Derbent and branded the move "utter stupidity"

The commander was not injured but the phone probably was.
