Traffic lights in the capital city, Road Town are set to go live
The public may have recognised the flashing red lights on the James Walter Francis Highway by Pasea, and those at the intersection of Administration and Water Front Drive.
Acting Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Transportation Works and Utilities, Mr. Andrew St. Hilaire said that the objective is to sensitize the public traversing the area that the lights are functional and will be commissioned later this month.
The public is therefore reminded to adhere to all traffic signs as the Ministry of Transportation Works and Utilities, remains dedicated to ensuring the continued development and maintenance of public infrastructure in keeping with international standards.
