Two Charged With Illegal Entry
Two male belongers were caught illegally entering the Territory on a vessel on the western end of the island.
Police have arrested and charged, Pedro Julio Samuel, 35 of Cane Garden Bay and Danny Dennevil, 24 of Lower Estate, both Belongers, with Illegal Entry and Breach of Curfew.
They remain in custody pending their appearance at the Magistrate’s Court.
According to police, members of the Joint Task Force observed a small vessel on route to the BVI through the Sir Francis Drake Channel, heading into Frenchman’s Cay. Two males were approached after being observed walking away from the vessel to a parked vehicle.
