John Healey, the newly appointed UK Defence Minister, visited Odesa, Ukraine, pledging increased military support.

Healey announced a new assistance package, including artillery guns, 250,000 rounds of ammunition, de-mining vehicles, and missiles.

He also met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Defence Minister Rustem Umerov.

This visit follows his appointment by UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

Healey emphasized that recent UK government changes would not affect the nation’s unified support for Ukraine.
