Hunt for new Superintendent & Chief Inspector

Sources indicated that the force will now be hunting internally for a new Superintendent of Police and Chief Inspector to replace Ms Vanterpool and Mr Amory respectively.

Since the news, some critics have stated that there was no need to import an Assistant Commissioner of Police from the UK when there are many local Senior Inspectors who are qualified to carry out the post.

Many see this as a backend way for the Police Commissioner, Mr Mark Collins to run the force with his Assistant Commissioner overlooking both the Deputy Commissioners.
