UPDATE: Woman fatally struck by vehicle identified as Brenda Belle
The woman who was fatally struck by a vehicle in Port Purcell last evening, November 26, 200, has been identified as Brenda Belle.
According to reports reaching our news centre, Belle was reportedly purchasing food at a food van across from Summit Printing when she was run down by a vehicle.
Reports are that the driver lost control of his vehicle, crashing through a short concrete fence and hitting Belle.
Police are investigating.
