VI may experience unstable weather conditions today & tomorrow- DDM

The Department of Disaster Management (DDM) has noted that, based on the latest forecast from the Antigua and Barbuda Meteorological Service, the Virgin Islands (VI) may experience showers and thunderstorms today, October 26, 2022, and tomorrow.

According to DDM, rainfall amounts of 2-4 inches are possible, and there may be a need to issue flash flood watches or warnings.
"Out of an abundance of caution, persons in low-lying areas may wish to carry out advance preparations in case flash flooding conditions develop," DDM advised.
