VIP hits 13-candidate mark; Marieta C. Flax-Headley in D2!

[Post time: 8:45 PM] Moments ago, the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) ratified its candidate for the Second Electoral District (D2), former Principal and Educator, Ms Marieta C. Flax-Headley.

This brings the VIP's 2023 slate for the General elections to a full 13 and the only party with a full list of candidates thus far.

Ms Flax-Headley will now be competing against two male candidates, in the highly anticipated elections.

Our news centre will bring more details, as the story develops.

The Virgin Islands Party (VIP) has voted at its Congress to confirm Kevin C. Smith aka ‘OJ’, right, as the flagbearer for the Third Electoral District for the upcoming General Elections. It has also voted for Zoe J. Walcott, left, to contest for a Territorial At Large seat.

Mitsy J. Ellis-Simpson was the other contender for the final At Large slot for the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) elections slate.
