Both motorcades on Tortola had many vehicles, despite the heavy rainfall earlier in the day.
The VIP motorcade started after the NDP’s but grew larger, near the size of its motorcade in 2019, as it did a loop of the island and lasted well into the evening.
There was also a VIP motorcade in the Ninth District and reports are the Progressive Virgin Islands Movement (PVIM) Candidate Hon Shereen D. Flax-Charles also had one.
Independent Seventh District Candidate Perline R. Scatliffe-Leonard, who has been endorsed by the NDP, had a small motorcade in the district.
PVIM, instead of a motorcade, held a rally at Noel Lloyd Positive Action Movement Park.
