VIP unveils Manifesto aligned with National Sustainable Development Plan

The Virgin Islands Party (VIP) has said it is proud to release its comprehensive manifesto, designed to reflect the needs and aspirations of the people of the Virgin Islands.

The 140-page document outlines the vision of the VIP, including its national priorities.

Additionally, the manifesto highlights some of the achievements of the VIP Government since elected in 2019.

Manifesto aligns with NSDP

According to a press release from the VIP today, April 23, 2023, under the leadership of Chairman and Premier Dr the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley (R7) and President Sharia B. de Castro, the manifesto was crafted with extensive input from the community and is a direct reflection of the National Sustainable Development Plan.

"We are thrilled to present a manifesto that truly represents the voices and desires of the people of the Virgin Islands," said Chairman Dr the Hon Natalio D Wheatley. "Our party is committed to putting the interests of our citizens first, and this manifesto embodies that commitment."

President Sharia B. de Castro also noted that "This manifesto was created by the people, for the people. We believe that it provides a clear vision for the future of the Virgin Islands, and we are eager to work together to make that vision a reality."

The Virgin Islands Party Manifesto outlines a series of bold and ambitious plans for the territory, with a focus on sustainable development, economic growth, and social progress.

The party is committed to working with all members of the community to create a brighter future for the Virgin Islands.

"We invite all citizens to review our manifesto and to join us in our mission to move the Virgin Islands forward," said Chairman Dr Wheatley.

"We are excited to work collaboratively towards a better tomorrow for all of us."

No other party has bothered to provide such a detailed manifesto outlining their vision for the territory.

The VIP is also the only party with a full slate of candidates.
