Bill Gates donated $50 million to pro-Harris Super PAC
Microsoft founder Bill Gates, one of the richest people in the world, donated $50 million to a super PAC supporting Vice President Kamala Harris for president.
Gates has not publicly confirmed the donation amount, which was reportedly made to Future Forward USA Action, which is the nonprofit arm of the Democratic super PAC Future Forward.
“I support candidates who demonstrate a clear commitment to improving health care, reducing poverty and fighting climate change in the U.S. and around the world,” Gates told the NYT.
