Newly crowned Miss Plus World Sylvanna L. Charles returned to her homeland, Virgin Islands, early last night March 14, 2022, when she was greeted by a welcoming party that included Deputy Premier and Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture Dr the Hon Natalio D. Wheatley.
