Reiterating that the contents and packaging of the now controversial ‘Police in Paradise’ leaked video was inappropriate and should not have entered the public domain, Governor John J. Rankin, CMG has disclosed that the video producers had some consultations with the BVI Tourism Board according to his knowledge.
