Scottish Businessman Found Dead in Kenya After Missing for Over a Week

A Scottish businessman, Campbell Scott, has been discovered deceased in Kenya after being reported missing for more than a week.
Scott was last seen on February 16 while participating in a conference at the JW Marriot Hotel in Nairobi.
The senior director at Fico, a prominent credit scoring firm, had traveled to the country for business purposes.
Authorities have confirmed that the body identified as that of Campbell Scott was located during an ongoing police investigation.
A spokesperson from Fico commented on the situation, stating, "Fico can confirm that Nairobi police have identified the body of Campbell Scott, a Fico employee."
The company further elaborated that Scott had gone missing prior to the week in which his body was found.
They expressed their devastation over the loss, highlighting his significant contribution to the company's international operations since joining in 2014. According to the spokesperson, Scott played a crucial role in expanding Fico’s services into new markets and enhancing relationships with existing partners.
In light of this tragic news, the company issued condolences to Scott's family and friends, emphasizing their sorrow over his passing and the impact of his leadership and personality within the organization.
