Erroneous voice notes intended to interfere with investigations- RVIPF

According to the RVIPF, detectives believe these claims are not only false but are intended to interfere with and divert attention from the investigation since there is no evidence to support these reckless accusations.

“Police are appealing to the persons not to take matters in their own hands and to desist from all retaliatory behaviour as it is hampering efforts to bring justice in this investigation,” the press release stated.

Detectives of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) arrested one person on November 25, 2020, for questioning in relation to the murder of Everton McMaster in Baughers Bay on November 6, 2020.
