He sings, "My baby, Bianca, has run away, but before that, she tried to get me sent to the hospital.

I won’t go to the hospital because I'm not ill—she just doesn’t get it." West goes on to mention that Censori experienced an anxiety attack and was unhappy with his tweeting.

He reveals that he’s been sleepless, awaiting her return, and confesses to tracking the location of her dog using an app.

This news follows reports of marital strife between the couple, particularly after West's recent antisemitic remarks, which included admiration for Hitler.

Although West's team initially denied these issues, sources have now confirmed that both individuals have engaged divorce attorneys.

The new song seems to signify the conclusion of their relationship, with West expressing his longing for Censori to come back to him.
