Kim Kardashian Criticized for Rosary in Lingerie Ad

Reality Star Faces Backlash for Religious Symbol in Fashion Shoot
Kim Kardashian, the reality TV star and entrepreneur, recently faced criticism for featuring a rosary necklace in a new advertisement with luxury fashion brand Dolce & Gabbana.

The ad, promoting Kardashian's SKIMS collaboration with the fashion house, showed her posing in lingerie while wearing the religious item, sparking outrage on social media.

Many expressed disapproval, with comments highlighting perceived disrespect toward the religious symbol.

Some accused Kardashian, 44, of using the rosary as a fashion accessory, while others defended the star, dismissing the backlash as an overreaction.

The rosary is sold separately by Dolce & Gabbana as part of their jewelry collection noted for its bold aesthetic.

Kardashian has previously worn religious symbols, including at events like the 2018 Met Gala.

A representative for Kardashian did not respond to inquiries on the controversy.
