Body Discovered in Search for Missing 23-Year-Old Runner in County Durham

A body has been discovered in the ongoing search for Jenny Hall, a 23-year-old runner who was reported missing five days ago.
Hall was last seen leaving her residence in Tow Law, County Durham, shortly after 3 PM on Tuesday.
Durham Constabulary confirmed that the body was found in a remote area of Teesdale on Sunday morning.
Authorities have indicated that there are currently no suspicious circumstances surrounding the discovery.
Although formal identification of the body has not been completed, Ms. Hall's family has been informed and is receiving support from specialist officers.
The police are in the process of preparing a file for the coroner.
Earlier in the search, Ms. Hall's vehicle, a red Ford Focus, was located on Wednesday parked along the B6278, which lies near isolated moorland between Eggleston and Stanhope.
The search for Ms. Hall involved significant resources, with specialist drones and sniffer dogs deployed to assist in locating her.
Additionally, mountain rescue teams played a crucial role in the search efforts.
