Jamie Cooper, who escaped from a prison van en route to court, has been apprehended by authorities.
Jamie Cooper, a 33-year-old man, who escaped from a GEOAmey prison van while being transported to Lancaster Magistrates’ Court, was located and arrested by police on Saturday afternoon.
