It was on Saturday, November 12, 2022, on the Government of the Virgin Islands Facebook page, that Premier and Minister of Finance Dr the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley (R7) announced that his Unity Government was scrapping work permit and trade license requirements for charter boats entering the Virgin Islands (VI) via the US Virgin Islands (USVI).
