A distraught caller on ‘Da Morning Braff’ radio show with host Floyd Burnett on Tola Radio 100.5FM has complained bitterly about the handling by the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) of an alleged bullying incident involving her son and another student who both attend a local school.
